I'm using aseprite v 1.3.10.1 and tweening doesn't work no matter what I do, all it does is duplicate the selected frame and move it around at random.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD, THE REAL UNDERLUST HAS 90MB! I SCANNED THE FILE AND FOUND MANY TYPES OF VIRUSES ACROSS THE BOARD WITH NO CHANCE OF FALSE POSITIVES!!!
